Women's Health Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

North Harbor's specially-trained Women's Health therapists provide customized care for common issues that affect women. Patients are provided with individualized treatment and education for resolution and independent management of their condition. Treatment plans may include pelvic muscle strengthening or relaxation, bladder retraining, manual techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, pain management and home exercise programs. 

Conditions Treated are but not limited to:

• Urinary incontinence
• Overactive bladder
• Difficulty or pain urinating or emptying bladder.
• Bowel dysfunctions or pain
• Diastasis Recti
• Pregnancy and postpartum related pain and dysfunction
  • Including pelvic muscle weakness and C-section post surgical care
• Endometriosis related pain
• Postoperative surgical pain
• Painful intercourse
